Officials: Teen charged in child’s death had marijuana in his system
The 17-year-old driver who struck and killed a 4-year-old girl in Tinley Park in May allegedly had traces of marijuana in his system and was speeding through a school zone right before the crash, a spokesman for the state’s attorney’s office said today.
